Important Notes :
Products purchased during promotional campaigns, festivals, or under any special discount offers can only be exchanged or returned if they are defective or differ from their description or images. Returns due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
If any promotional campaign, festival, or special offer is active at the time of purchase, and an order placed before the campaign is canceled during the campaign period, the refund will be processed after the campaign ends.
For canceled orders that included free shipping, the shipping cost—based on the chosen delivery method—will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
